“Angel” Wedding Day Management Packages

The concept of hiring a “Day of” Coordinator has become a very popular approach in the past decade. Many people are fond of researching their own vendors and having someone step in during the final stretch to ensure a smooth event day. After several years of planning and hundreds of requests for “Day of” Coordination, we have found that our clients differ in their needs and require customized planning tools to ensure a flawless experience. We have built two customized services below to fill the needs we hear requested most:

Angel “Day -Of”

$1800+

  • Complimentary “Play Date” ($125 Value)- design meeting in our
    showroom to discuss reception table décor and explore our selections
  • All-day wedding coverage – Includes one lead coordinator and
    assistant coordinator. ~ We are the first to arrive and the last to
    leave, ensuring your level of service stays superb the entire day
  • Final meeting – Will be held 30 DAYS prior to wedding day (creation
    of Timeline, Floor Chart, Final To-Do’s & Ceremony Line-Up details)
    Vendor confirmations and coordination
  • Two-week call to confirm final headcount and ensure all details are
    ready for Wedding Day
  • Day-of rehearsal
  • Bridal Emergency Kit provided
  • Oversee set up & breakdown of the event
  • Coordinate with all vendors on wedding day to ensure the timeline
    is executed smoothly
  • Assistance in placement for select personal bridal elements on
    wedding day
  • Cue Family, Bridal Party & Music for Ceremony & Reception
    Bustle Wedding Dress
  • Oversee Dinner Flow
  • Distribution of gratuities to vendors
  • Verify get-away car is prepared with dinner/sack/cake & desired belongings
  • Oversee Grand Departure
  • Final Walk-Through with Venue Manager at the end of the evening
  • Follow up email after the event to ensure Service is wrapped up smoothly

• Includes all details of the Angel package

• 3 Total Planning meetings: Initial, Details, & Final

~ Initial Meeting to be held immediately to discuss Qualified Vendor
Recommendations that will be suitable to your style & budget. A Budget Guide based off our discussions will be provided after this meeting.

~ Details Meeting will be held soon after Initial Meeting to create the first drafts of your Timeline and Floor Chart. These tools are extremely helpful when booking vendors.

~ Final Meeting is held at the 60 DAY mark to build your ceremony line-up, create your final to-do list, and revisit the Timeline and Floor Chart prior to our team beginning vendor confirmations.

Dream Partial + Design

$4800+

  • 4 Total planning meetings: Initial, Details, Check-in, & Final
  •  Site/Vendor Meeting Attendance (via ZOOM or in-person)
  • 2 Design Planning Meetings w/Design Board creation:
    Color palette, signage, stationary and floor chart discussions and collaboration
  • Qualified / Customized Vendor Recommendations to suit your Style & Budget
  • Early Timeline & Floor Chart creation (GREAT tools to use through the planning journey)
  • Detailed To-Do Lists ~ to accomplish through the planning journey (this is NOT a generic list! It is extremely customized to suite your planning experience based off your personal agendas)
  • Budget Guide provided based off initial meeting
    discussions.
  • ALL details included in the Angel package (Day-of
    Coordination – starting 60 days prior to wedding day)

DESIGN STAFFING

We will make your event a memorable one for all the right reasons. Our trained design team excels in guest experience and we’re confident they’ll deliver an unmatched level of service.

Set up & breakdown of table settings & centerpiece décor.

Lighting of all candles.

Tableside tea/water refill (NO need for tea/water drink station).

Table tidiness from cocktail hour – grand exit (tables are kept tidy of all trash/debris.

Assistance in replenishing sweets bar and coffee station as needed.

Checking of restrooms through the evening to make sure they’re clean for your guests.

Bussing assistance from cocktail hour-end of event (if needed).

Any other duties must be pre-approved for additional invoicing.
